Montclair Library, celebrating the Hispanic Heritage Month
Family Fun Flamenco at Montclair Library
'Family Fun Flamenco' is our community outreach initiative to increase access to cultural opportunities for local communities around the world. We debuted the production in Montclair, NJ in 2017 and are excited to share this recap of one of our shows at the Montclair Library! In 'Family Fun Flamenco' we share a glimpse of the life of a traditional gypsy’s passion, love, and pride through this interactive show designed for family audiences. Audiences learn the gypsy rhythm and rich history, and get to witness traditional and modern flamenco performances.
We perform this show at public libraries, senior centers, outdoor events, cafés, and other local venues in all of the national & international cities we tour. This video recap is of our performance and workshop at Van House in Montclair, NJ to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month in 2016. It is also an example of our Girls Power Movement workshop.
